This action created on Photoshop CC 2018, tested and working on Photoshop CS5, CS6, CC+, CC2018 (only English versions). If you are not using the English version, you can switch your Photoshop in English, play the action and return to your language back.
RULES & RECOMMENDATIONS
- use photo sizes between 3000–4000px (recommended 3500px)
- use photo resolution between 240-300dpi (recommended 300pdi)
- use RGB and 8bit color mode in Photoshop
- use English versions of Photoshop (CS5, CS6, CC+, CC2018 )
- set your photo as the background (Layer -> New -> Layer from Background)
- set Photoshop brushes opacity 100% and flow 100%
