The editable watercolor effect is made with an Illustrator brush (works only from Illustrator CS5 or higher), so it`s all vector. The color of the watercolor elements can be easily changed with global colours (Illustrator CS5 or higher) and all can be enlarged without loosing quality. I have also made all files for Illustrator CS-CS4 & Photoshop, here you are able to edit everything except the watercolor effect (here the brush is because of technical limitations converted in paths). All Photoshop elements are smart opjects, so they also can be enlarged without loosing quality.
