It’s recommended to use image with more than 300px resolution. Higher image resolution produce more detailed effect. Action produces high quality effect even if a low quality enlarged image is used.
The action working on Photoshop CS3 and newer versions.

Action creates an organised layer/folder structure with names and colors.
