The Popsicle Photoshop Action is perfect for adding a soft pop of color. Use it to get an interesting color base or adjust the opacity of it to get a less harsh look. It is great for getting a nice clear glow. By using this action you can reduce your editing time on a set of photos!
It is suggested that you alter, tweak and turn on and off the various adjustment layers to fine tune your look. Play with the warm and cool tones in your image to bring out the colors you like best.
