1. Open the action (for that go to: Window / Actions, click on menu icon at the right and choose in list “Load Actions…” then find the action on your computer and open it;
2. Open your background image;
3. Find action in the action list and open it and click play
4. Wait a few seconds that Photoshop make all actions (speed of action work depends of the power of your computer);
5. Ready! just save

When I downloaded this action, the RAR file was only 3 KB; it will not unzip.
Hi George,
I confirm it’s only 3Kb and RAR file still extracts correctly (tested a few seconds ago), cause the ATN file is only 10Kb.
Try to download and extract again, and remember, click on Google Drive’s logo to download the file, not any button else.
I have tried 2 different unzip programs. Each one says that the .rar is not in the right format. What program are you using, please?
